I wanted to share some of the very positive experiences that my husband and I had with your company. It began with the telephone interaction I had with one of your employees, Stephanie, at the North Huntingdon location. In late summer or early fall of last year, my husband and I found that we needed to sell our home in order to relocate to the central part of the state and wanted to rent a storage space to help de-clutter the appearance of our home. Our initial goal was to find the cheapest rate. I began calling several local companies, and actually spoke with representatives of 3 different ones including The Lock Up.

To be honest, The Lock Up was the most expensive, at least on the front end. However, it was the initial discussion with Stephanie that sold me on the company. She was so professional, yet friendly at the same time. She thoroughly explained the current rental offers and what might work best for us considering our needs. Additionally she provided valuable physical description information about the facility, which made it very appealing. After I got off of the phone, I told my husband that it wasn't the cheapest but I still felt we should rent from this company because the employee was very squared away and I trusted that I knew exactly what we would be getting (in terms of the rental agreement, facility and pro-ration in the event that we did not use the space for the entire rental length.)

Our rental process was incredibly easy and pleasant, from the initial documents required to moving in and finally moving out. The facility was clearly outstanding and, I feel, superior to the others offered in the area. Thank you to Stephanie and The Lock Up for the outstanding service we received!

The staff made our experience wonderful. They are just the greatest, friendly and helpful, not pushy. They made our stay pleasurable. We will recommend the Lock Up frequently for the features, staff and value.

The LockUp has one of the best climate control and regular storage facilities in the area. The place was very clean and very accessible to reach from any location. The convenience to the turnpike was really an asset too. The use of the moving truck really helped. We like the security system and the idea that it was manned with monitoring system and also manpower. We would highly recommend your business to all of our friends and neighbors.
